DigitlHaus is looking for a project manager that can manage and lead multiple design and development projects from start to finish. This candidate will be the liaison between our internal design, development and marketing teams to Client facing.
Responsibilities will include tasks like: project kickoff calls with clients, project hand-offs to creative and development, coordinating different phases of the project, QC and UAT, project delivery, customer service and support.
A few key points we’re looking for:
- Understanding from start to finish, web design and development processes.
- Self starter, entrepreneurial type mindset – be able to independently take over and manage without direction or a task list.
- Understanding of the platforms: BigCommerce and Shopify.
- Familiar with an Agency style project management approach.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and clients – multi-tasking without minimal failure or faults.
- Have used Basecamp or similar project management system.
- Comfortable and confident in taking client calls and relaying information back to development and design teams.
The chosen candidate will have a 1 month paid training period. This candidate must be available for long term commitment.
